Kudos For E/M Custom Homes!!

First of all, I hope you and your family are safe and your homes are unscathed! Secondly, I would like to
thank you again for building such a quality constructed home where in times when the home is tested by
mother nature like we have seen these past few months, we quickly realize how important it is the
“bones” of the home are 10x more important than the aesthetics! We have now witnessed the
devastation these storms have caused to some of the other communities in our area where builders are
more concerned with quantity than quality, so thanks again!

I hope you guys survived the hurricane without any issues. I just wanted to take a moment and thank
you for building such a strong home for us. With these crazy hurricanes the last few weeks our home has
not suffered any major damages and I’m sure that’s because of the quality of the build. I’m sure we

When I started this process Harriot and I had visited so many homes in the Sarasota Bradenton

area looking for the right house but always seemed the houses we looked at were not quite

right. Builders were not willing to accommodate changes other than color or cosmetics. My

desire for workshop and a house that was built to our needs led us to work with EM Homes and

I must say you were willing to build to suit our needs. Sitting down and deciding on what we

wanted and then having you turn it into a set of plans was really a pleasure. Once the construc-

tion started I was impressed with how smoothly it all came together and the quality of the

materials and workmanship was first rate. Now we have finally moved into the house and love

our new house, It is just as we wanted it to be and have enjoyed working you. We would def-

initely recommend EM Custom Homes to anyone who is looking for quality and superb

craftsmanship.

From start to finish my experience with E/M Custom Homes was outstanding! It started with

an idea I had. They listen to what I wanted and created plans for me to review.. At each step

I was contacted and asked what I prefer. I was able to make changes in the layout, the

overall look, the decorative ceilings as well adding a particular style to the exterior. Each time

I asked to change something I was met with a smile and was assured that they would try to

create whatever I desired. The whole team was pleasant and knowledgeable. High-quality

materials were used which shows in every aspect of my home. I love my new home and I
